How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Most bathrooms take about 2 weeks of construction, up to 3 for bigger changes. If a permit is required, the extra time before construction depends on your city.
What’s included in the price?
We prepare a detailed estimate for the agreed scope of construction work upfront. Materials are usually paid separately, because tile, fixtures, vanities, glass, and lighting can differ in price several times over depending on what you choose. You pick the materials that fit your design and budget, and the cost of our work is clear from the start.
Do I need a permit?
It depends on your city and the scope of the remodel. When plumbing, electrical, ventilation, or layout changes are involved, a permit is often required. If it is, we handle the process: plans, paperwork, submission to the city, and the inspections. Our permit work is included in the estimate. The permit fees set by the city or county are paid by the client at cost.
Do you help with design and materials?
Yes. We help with layout, materials, and technical decisions, and explain which options actually make sense for quality, durability, and budget. If you want a full design package first, we can recommend designers whose work we know. Then we build the construction plan and estimate, and deliver the remodel to match.
