QualiBuild LLC ("QualiBuild," "we," "us," or "our") operates qualibuildca.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site and through direct communications with us, how we use and disclose that information, and the choices available to you. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that may be linked from the Site.

1. Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you choose to provide when you request a consultation or estimate, submit a form, call, text, or email us, or otherwise communicate with us. Depending on your request, this may include:

• Phone number

• Email address

• Property or project address

• Type of construction or remodeling service requested

• Project descriptions, measurements, preferences, and other details

• Photos or videos of the property or project

• Communications between you and QualiBuild

If you hire us, we may also collect and maintain information reasonably necessary to prepare estimates, coordinate permits and inspections, perform and document the work, manage subcontractors and suppliers, communicate with you about the project, and maintain project and business records.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through the Site.

2. Information Collected Automatically

The Site is hosted by Squarespace. When you visit the Site, Squarespace and technologies used on the Site may automatically collect technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you view and how you interact with them, the referring page or website, the date and time of your visit, and cookie or similar identifiers.

Squarespace uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate and secure the Site and may also use analytics and performance technologies that help us understand Site traffic and usage.

3. Google Ads and Advertising Measurement

We use Google Ads to advertise QualiBuild and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

Google Ads conversion tracking may use cookies and similar technologies. Depending on the browser and tag configuration, Google may receive information such as your IP address, the page you visited, advertising or click identifiers, and information indicating that an action, such as submitting a form, occurred on the Site.

Google processes information received through Google Ads in accordance with its applicable privacy practices. You can manage your Google advertising preferences at adssettings.google.com and control cookies through your browser settings.

4. Spam and Security Protection

Forms on the Site use Google reCAPTCHA to help detect and prevent spam, fraud, automated submissions, and other abuse.

reCAPTCHA may process technical and interaction information, including IP address, device information, and information about how a visitor interacts with the Site, for security, fraud-prevention, and abuse-prevention purposes.

We do not use information submitted through our consultation process to enroll you in recurring marketing email or text-message campaigns unless you separately agree to receive them.

We do not sell or rent the name, phone number, email address, project address, photos, or project information that you provide directly to us.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to operate our business or provide services to you, including to:

• Squarespace, which hosts and operates the Site and processes and stores website form submissions

• Google, including Google Workspace for business email, Google Ads for advertising measurement, and Google reCAPTCHA for Site security and spam prevention

• Subcontractors, design professionals, engineers, suppliers, and other service providers when reasonably necessary to prepare, coordinate, or perform your project

• Cities, counties, permitting authorities, inspectors, utilities, and other governmental or regulatory entities when necessary for permits, inspections, approvals, or legal compliance

• Insurers, accountants, attorneys, and other professional advisers when reasonably necessary for business, insurance, accounting, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes

• Law enforcement, courts, regulators, or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect our rights, property, safety, customers, or others

7. Cookies and Online Tracking

The Site and third-party services used on the Site may use cookies and similar technologies.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect Site functionality or the accuracy of analytics and advertising measurement.

The Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and our relationship with you. Information relating to completed construction projects may be retained longer than information relating to an inquiry that does not result in a project.

We take reasonable steps designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

The Site is hosted on Squarespace's infrastructure, and we rely on third-party service providers to operate parts of our website and business systems.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

The Site is intended for adults seeking construction and remodeling services and is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If we learn that such information has been submitted to us, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Site, services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements.
